One of the reasons we carry 100% pure beeswax candles is for their lovely smell. Countless times over the years we have had customers come in and comment on the wonderful smell in our store. Although it is most likely a combination of things; like our hemp based soaps, the pure essential oils in the Rocky Mountain bath line, or the beeswax polish we use on our furniture, we are certain that a large part of the lovely smell is our Pheylonian 100% pure beeswax candles. The rich soothing smell is only the beginning of this product’s attributes. When burning, it actually cleans the air rather than pollutes it like a paraffin candle does. A paraffin candle is made using chemical processes (some carcinogenic), dyed and scented with synthetics which create a toxic black soot when burned and then can go directly into your lungs or cling to your furnishings and walls. When burning a 100% pure beeswax candle it will not only burn more slowly, therefore more economically, but it will emit negative ions which will clean and purify the air of dust, dust mites, molds, mildew, pollen, allergens, viruses, bacteria, etc., giving you and your family a much cleaner and healthier air to breathe.

The long and the short of it is that to burn Pheylonian 100% pure beeswax candles is beneficial to your health, more economical, they smell wonderful, they are good for the environment and they are Canadian made with Canadian bees.

That being said we are offering an AUTUMN PROMOTION OF 20% OFF ON ALL BEES WAX CANDLES. We guarantee that your home will have that Henhouse smell too.

We love how this red table turned out. The colour is original, we added the fun new castors and sanded and stained the top. This would be great for a desk or an island, you could even add a marble top for your kitchen, priced at $595.

The next photo shows a hall or sofa table with a beautiful one board top, all original paint as well as the glass cupboard above. This piece would be perfect hanging on the wall in a bathroom, table priced at $595 and glass hutch $$545.

The black coffee table is a hall table that we cut down and over painted the base. The top we just gave a good cleaning and left some of the funky paint on it for a weathered relaxed look. The two paintings below are so fun. Both are vintage, the abstract one is priced at $195 with the frame and the floral $165.

We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed finding them and bringing them back to life!

Thanks for tuning back in to see these diamonds shining. All repaired, cleaned and waxed, they are ready to find their homes into your nest. From top to bottom; tall antique dish cupboard $1590, small early gray table $195, Nova Scotia dresser $575, antique hall or sofa table with original paint $$495.

Who wouldn’t want to curl up in either one of these cozy chairs this Fall? Each upholstered chair has been upcycled with all brand new springs, bindings and fabric. We went far a field to find this unusual asian-esque inspired floral, both chairs are in 100% linen that we found at Designer Fabrics in Toronto this past winter. The floral chair cushion has been filled generously in a down blend for that deep comfy feeling when you sit down and the natural linen chair has all new springs that will give you that little lift when you get back up for that second cup of tea. Both on our floor now for your seating pleasure.
